Quickstep is a newly opened foley studio situated in Nesodden, a short ferry trip from Oslo, aimed for middle and large size film and television. The foley stage at Quickstep Foley is 84m2 equipped with big avariety of foley pits, two indoor areas with different acoustic qualities plus a large outdoor area. The studio have a wide selection of low noise microphones to choose from (Sennheiser, DPA, Røde, Lewitt, Neumann, Milab and Audio-Technia) . There are two storage rooms for foley props.
The main controll room is 16m2 and equipped with only the finest audio hardware. We have tried the a lot of different microphone preamps and are in no doubt that the classic API 3124+ is absolutely the cleanest with the lowest noise, warmest and best sounding for foley recording ensuring that we can deliver the highest technical quality to our clients.
